Terms of use and community rules

1. Acceptance

By using GTA6Inside or creating an account you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. You must be at least 14 years old to register.

2. Your account

You register with your Google account. You are responsible for its security and for the activity on your GTA6Inside account. You can edit or delete it at any time from My account. The service is free.

3. Community rules

• Respect others: no insults, harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
• Do not post illegal content, explicit sexual content, real violence, spam, unauthorized advertising or malicious or misleading links.
• Do not post other people's personal data.
• Do not post or link GTA VI leaks, pirated material or anything that infringes copyright. We want everyone to discover the game spoiler-free.
• Map point suggestions must be genuine; fake ones will be removed.
• To prevent spam, each message can contain at most 3 links, and accounts less than 24 hours old cannot post links.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of your posts. By publishing them you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and adapt them to the site's format while they remain published. You confirm you have the right to publish them. You can delete your posts at any time.

5. Reports and moderation

Any user can report a thread or reply with the "Report" button; you can also write to [email protected]. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these rules or the law, and block accounts that break them seriously or repeatedly. A blocked account cannot sign in again. We log every moderation decision with its reason. If you disagree with a decision that affects you, write to [email protected] with your username and we will review it.

When we remove your content or block or delete your account, we send you an email with the reason, the content concerned and the rules applied, as required by the Digital Services Act. Decisions are made by a person, not an automated system. You can appeal by replying to that email and we will review the decision; you can also go to the courts or a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.

6. Service, closure of the site and removal of users

The service is free, funded by advertising and provided "as is". Information about the game is provisional until its release. GTA6Inside is an unofficial fan site, not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

• Closure or changes. The owner may change, suspend or close GTA6Inside, or any part of it, at any time and unilaterally, with or without prior notice. Closure means that all content on the site is deleted, including what you have posted, your progress, your playthroughs and your notes, with no obligation to keep it, return it or pay compensation.
• Suspension and removal. We may remove content and suspend, block or delete accounts that breach these terms, the community rules or the law, or when necessary to protect the site, other users or third parties. A blocked account cannot log in again.
• No guarantee of availability or data retention. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or that your data will be kept. You can download your data at any time from My account.
• Data protection. We process your data as described in the privacy policy. If the site closes or your account is deleted, your personal data is erased, except what the law requires us to keep and technical backups, which are deleted automatically within 30 days at most.

None of the above limits your rights under consumer and data protection law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence.
